I bought the lotion. It is such a gorgeous rose scent. This is a great option if you can’t buy rose tonnerre. It’s basically the same fragrance. I needed a good rose lotion to layer with several fragrances and this is it. It is true rose without being grandmother’s rose. It’s more like holding a fresh cut bouquet of red rose while taking a morning sunrise walk through a garden full of white and pink roses. It captures a dewy, yet sensual rose smell.
I purchased the lotion. It’s perfect. It’s not too strong, but enough to be noticed. I layer this with other fragrances I have and it’s great. The black opium perfume is a bit too heavy for the warm weather climate where I live so the lotion is perfect. It gives a touch of the scent.
I purchased the lotion. It is great. It’s lightly scented. I would prefer it to be a bit stronger, but it layers very well with the perfume. It adds depth to the bbw chocolate amber as well. I topped it off with house of 8 EDP and I’m a dark chocolate, amber, softly woody dream. It’s a grown up, dark chocolate.
