Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

There are no returns for products shipped out without a cancellation request submitted within the first 24 hours of the purchase. myluxuryscent does not accept returns of any items purchased and received as we can no longer guarantee the product once it is shipped out.

myluxuryscent guarantees any sample or decant purchased to be 100% authentic and genuine fragrance decanted from the original manufacturer’s bottle.

We are very thorough and careful to wrap and package the order securely for shipment. However, if you receive an order that has been damaged, leaked, broken or faulty, send us a photo of the item as received and the order receipt. We will be sure to rectify the situation. 

Please inspect the package you received within 5 days of receiving it – to ensure there are no issues to address, as after 5 days we will no longer replace any claims.

We cannot guarantee products once they have been opened or used and therefore we do not accept returns.

Sometimes postal can be hard on your packages. In the event that you receive a damaged product in the mail, Email us right away with the details and attach a picture of the product as you received it for a replacement.

*Replacements will only be issued if an accurate/clear picture of the damage is provided*

Our entire sample or decant of perfume you purchase is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. Probably will not like it. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund.
